Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while managing room assignments and payments.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and online reservations.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Follow security procedures to ensure guest safety and confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software, booking systems, and basic computer applications.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of multiple languages (a plus but not required).
