The Global Online College of Georgia Military College is accepting applications for the position of Enrollment Coach Assistant. The Enrollment Coach Assistant is responsible for supporting the Enrollment Coaches in both academic and student account processes. This position will be the point of contact for financial aid, transcript & JSTs retrievals/processing, attending recruiting events and prepare paperwork for students admittance at GMC. This position will also assist with compiling and creating reports for the department. Lastly, the position will oversee the creation, maintenance, and execution of new student orientation each term. In the event an Enrollment Coach is absent, this position will be the required fill-in. Due to the expected growth and expansion of the Global Online College, this position will serve as part of the succession plan.

This position is expected to report to Online Campus' on-ground facility located in Milledgeville, Georgia.

Minimum Required:

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent
• One (1) or more years in direct customer service and sales
• customer service, strong written and verbal skills, excellent phone communication, organization, intermediate computing

Preferred:

• Associate Degree
• Experience in customer service and sales through a phone call center
• Experience working with CRM technology
