Position Overview:

Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison for most of the following areas: succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and training and development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains both manual and automated personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reports.
  • Provides guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy and procedure interpretation.
  • Facilitates a full range of recruiting responsibilities including, interacting with department managers to better comprehend the skills-sets and core competencies needed for hiring open positions in multiple states.
  • Manages and coordinates employee recognition programs.
  • Ensures federal and state legal compliance.
  • Promotes and maintains a high-level of rapport with all levels of employees while increasing human resources’ visibility.
  • Keeps up to date on new concepts, best practices, regulatory changes, and the latest updates and newest trends affecting technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Provides other work-related duties as needed.

Experience and Education Qualifications:

  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Prefer Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Level I: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience.
  • Level II: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3-6 years of related experience.
  • Level III: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7+ years of related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office Suites or related software.
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Physical ability to lift, climb, grasp, hold, stand, bend and stoop
